Note: Associated with the foregoing would be services under the Party Wall Act 1996 whereby adjoining owners affected by the works would be served with the requisite notice and the set procedure carried out as laid out under that legislation

Also where appropriate, services as a planning supervisor under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 1994 whereby the design and procedure for working to construct the project is carefully thought through to reduce the risk of injury to those constructing, using and maintaining the building.
