HISTORY OF PRACTICE

Established in 1967, the practice was originally known as "Robert Crane's Chartered Surveyors" and up to 1989, the number of partners/directors varied.

The practice does not and, indeed, never has done any residential agency work. Nevertheless, the market is continuously monitored and in June 1994, we introduced an internal database system, the purpose of which principally is to collate comparable evidence.

QUALITY CONTROL

In July 1995, we became a Quality Assured firm. We received Certification under ISO 9001 : 2000 from SGS Yarsley International Certification Services Limited who are a member of the National Accreditation of Certification Bodies.

Our Certificate Number is 95/5363.

This Accreditation will ensure that we maintain the already high standards of service and quality control to the benefit of our clients.
