Structural Defect Reports

This type of report is related to a specific type of defect and is usually required following concerns raised by a potential buyer, an Insurance Claim Assessor or a Valuation Surveyor.
 
 

• We will undertake a non-intrusive survey of the specific defect
• We will also make a general inspection of the surrounding structure
• We will provide a report detailing the defect and possible causes
• We will make recommendations for repairs
